Head of eDiscovery
Our candidate – a newly qualified lawyer – began working for us at a Magic Circle law firm undertaking document review. In this role she developed an excellent relationship with the client and went on to help manage and coordinate subsequent reviews.
When another of our clients asked us to assist in securing a new permanent Head of eDiscovery, we were confident her approach and personality would be perfect. Upon receipt of her CV the law firm were understandably hesitant, citing concerns regarding the lack of a clear technical or eDiscovery background.
We have always had a good relationship with the firm in question and therefore took it upon ourselves to champion our candidate. As a result we secured her an interview. Our candidate secured the position and we are happy to say is now a client of ours.
